This Forum will seek to build on previous meetings and, in particular, consider application and decision making procedures and reasons for refusing applications.

We also want to examine charging arrangements and potential conflicts between NABMA members.

The discussions will be led by Graham Wilson OBE, NABMA’s Legal and Policy Consultant, with contributions from members with their details of their own market licensing arrangements and personal experience.
