Carol states that “It turns out that the sociable places that hold the best of these festive fairs also have a lively housing market.”
Research by Knight Frank shows ” locations with thriving Yuletide celebrations go hand in hand with a prosperous property market”. The research goes on to conclude that ” Markets definitely show that a community is strong”.
Of course like all research it is necessary to look at the detail but it is a boost for Markets to have this kind of support.
