With effect from 1st April 2019 NABMA ceased to operate as an unincorporated association and became a limited company trading under the title of NABMA Limited. The detailed information relating to NABMA Limited can be found in the section NABMA LIMITED Company Documents. In particular the Articles of Association deal with the position of members on various issues. Having joined NABMA each member is governed by the requirements of the Articles.

NABMA’s management is undertaken by a Board of Directors made of the Presidency and representatives of NABMA’s membership and sponsors. The Board has given the Presidency the executive authority to act between Board meetings and the Board will meet three times each year to monitor the work of the company, to consider financial issues and to develop a strategy for the future running of the Company.
