Ely Market Team received their Market Team award from Councillor Geraldine Carter, NABMA President, at a ceremony at East Cambridgeshire District Council.
The Council Chief Executive spoke highly of the contribution made by the Markets go the life of Ely and complimented the Market Team on their dedication and work on the Market.
Councillor Carter said that Ely had beaten off strong competition to win the award and congratulated the Market Team for making the Market such an important part of the town.
