Newport Shropshire Indoor Market Hall was built in 1860 and is a landmark building of our historic market town.  The market entrances are located on Stafford Street and St Mary’s Street (via Market Mews).  There are free car parks just a stone’s throw away and the bus service drops off just around the corner.  We open from 8.00am until 4.00pm every Friday and Saturday and with effect from June 7th we will be open on Tuesdays too (individual stall holders’ opening times can vary).
We have an eclectic mix of 30 stalls ranging from meat, fish, fruit and veg, bread & cakes, plants, pet food and many others.
