Swadlincote Market takes place every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday in the town centre.
A traditional market with a variety of traders present every week.
For #LYLM we will be joined on Friday 19th and Tuesday 23 May by students from a local school who are taking their first steps towards being local busines entrepreneurs.
Their objective is to raise money for a local charity by making and creating products to sell on a market stall.
We love hosting the students as they consider ideas, develop their business plans and marketing strategies, and finally hone their sales techniques to raise money for their chosen charity.
We also offer ‘Start Up’ and ‘Young Trader’ Schemes to encourage new and emerging businesses to join the market.
