NABMA said a formal goodbye to one of its most loyal supporters and consultants at its recent Conference and AGM.
Peter Turvey has been the NABMA London Consultant for many years. Peter worked for Bromley Council for 26 years and became its Head of Street Trading in 1991. He retired in 2013 and since then has delivered several roles for NABMA. Peter has been our facilitator and advisor for the Association of London Markets and the London Street Trading Benchmarking Group. In London, and beyond, he is admired for his knowledge and passion for markets and market people.
Peter will always share his immense understanding of markets and for many years has been a NABMA mentor and supporter of all our activities and events. Peter is a kind and humble man, blessed with a sense of humour that will be greatly missed by NABMA members and London colleagues.
Peter has been an immense help to both myself and Graham Wilson. It is right therefore that with his friends and colleagues we say a heartfelt thank you to Peter for his long support of the markets industry and NABMA.
