Councillor Chris-Rosling Josephs, NABMA President, with the Mayor of Bolton at the first of the NABMA Regional Events. Almost forty people attended the event and heard presentations from Bolton Market, NABMA, NMTF and LYLM. There were lots of comments and networking.
