At the conference so far,  Councillor Chris Rosling Josephs, after stepping down from his two year’s as NABMA’s President, said, “It has a been a joy and a privilege to serve as NABMA President and to have the opportunity of visiting markets around the country and in Europe. I have met a lot of wonderful people and I want to thank everyone who has supported me during my two years as President. I believe NABMA continues to do a great job in representing the market industry and I urge everyone to join us in 2019 to celebrate NABMA’s 100th birthday.”

In an upbeat report from NABMA CEO Graham Wilson the conference heard that membership was at an all time high of 257. A range of successful events were held with the two major Conferences attracting 350 delegates. Love Your Local Market (LYLM) again made a big impact nationally and internationally.
