THE EVENT

NABMA (the National Association of British Market Authorities) offers an opportunity for a virtual discussion about retail markets; their importance to the future renaissance of the high street; and what markets and market trading will be in the months ahead.
The morning Zoom event will be held on Tuesday 22 September at 10.00
As the industry continues its journey out of Covid 19, then markets are recognised to be one of the key influencing factors for vibrant and vital high streets. They offer low cost, low risk start up business opportunities and local food provenance is on many agendas. Many markets have seen shoppers return, but some markets still face uncertain futures.

Our conference asks – what is the current position as markets continue the start back supporting their local high street? How will Covid 19 reshape our industry? Is this a new beginning for markets and market trading?
