1. The subscriptions of each member shall be in accordance with a scale to be determined by the Annual General Meeting from time to time and shall be payable in advance on the 1^st April in each year
2. Any Local or Public Authority, Private Operator, CIC or Individual admitted to membership shall be liable to payment for a full year’s subscription for the year during which application is made unless otherwise determined by the Management Board
3. Any Member may resign upon twelve months notice and the subscription due from that Member shall be payable to the 31^st March following the date of such notice of resignation
4. The membership of any Local or Public Authority, Private Operator, CIC or Individual whose subscription is two years in arrears as shown by audited accounts shall be terminated without prejudice to the Association’s right to recover such arrears
