All Party Parliamentary Local Markets Group
The All-Party Parliamentary Local Markets Group met at Westminster on Wednesday 22nd October 2025, bringing together parliamentarians and representatives from across the markets industry to discuss current priorities, celebrate success and consider future opportunities for the sector.
Julia Buckley MP was reappointed as Chair of the Group, supported by Vice Chairs representing the Conservative, Liberal Democrat and Plaid Cymru parties, demonstrating the continued cross-party commitment to supporting Britain’s markets.
The meeting included updates on the record-breaking National Young Traders Market 2025, the launch of the Greater Manchester Markets Partnership, and the ongoing Real Deal Campaign. Members also agreed a number of actions to strengthen engagement with Government and Parliament in the months ahead.
