Farsley farmers market

A small and friendly monthly market run by volunteers from the community. Farsley Farmers Market is 9 years old and  has built up over the years to 14 Traders outside and 11 Crafters inside. We run a cafe, support community groups and charities and put on attractions each month. June is Farsley Festival month, so at our 27 May event, a team from the festival will have a stall with crafting for children on the theme of “playing”  We open 9:30-1pm in the hall and grounds of St John’s, Farsley, LS28 5DJ

Swadlincote Market

Swadlincote Market takes place every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday in the town centre.
A traditional market with a variety of traders present every week.
For #LYLM we will be joined on Friday 19th and Tuesday 23 May by students from a local school who are taking their first steps towards being local busines entrepreneurs.
Their objective is to raise money for a local charity by making and creating products to sell on a market stall.
We love hosting the students as they consider ideas, develop their business plans and marketing strategies, and finally hone their sales techniques to raise money for their chosen charity.
We also offer ‘Start Up’ and ‘Young Trader’ Schemes to encourage new and emerging businesses to join the market.

Plymouth Market has been serving the local community & visitors to the town since 1959. We are open 6 days a week with over 100 stalls selling a diverse range of goods & services.

Knutsford Market Hall

We are a small indoor market. We are host to a fruit and veg stall, butchers and small deli, card stall, crystal stall, womenswear, childrenswear, cafe, vinyl, barber, and garden ornaments. We will be hosting music events, tastings, and promotions throughout the fortnight.

Errol Sunday Market

Errol Sunday Market is the place to be if you like good quality merchandise for even better prices! We have a diverse range of almost 200 independent traders’, creative sellers and mobile food traders. The Market is open on a Sunday to the public from 8 am to 3.00 pm, 50 weeks per year and only closed for two weeks at Christmas and New Year.

 

On LYLM we are having a celebration day on May 21st which includes a youth market, the promotion of local talent in the arts, and fun inflatables for the kids to make it an all-round wholesome family day out. We are also running various fundraisers for our chosen charity this year, Cancer Research UK.
