Repair Services – Updated Information
Following NABMA’s announcement about the concession we have secured for mobile phone repair shops to open further enquiries have been received about other repair services such as shoes and key cutting.
Mobile Phone Repair Services can remain open
We have been advised by the Cabinet Office that, under the November restrictions, repair service businesses, such as mobile phone repair shops, are not required to close.
Lockdown 2- Markets, Guidance And Proposed Legislation – NABMA And NMTF Revised Statement
Following further discussions with government officials, NABMA and the NMTF have agreed a revised statement on how we believe these regulations apply to markets in England.
Government – Closing Certain Businesses and Venues in England
As a reminder, the Regulations allow for all markets stalls (whether indoor or outdoor) to be open, whether they are selling essential goods only or a mixed offering. Further information on what constitutes a mixed offering is within this guidance.
